1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Liridia, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Liridia.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Liridia. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. What Liridia Does
Liridia is an AI-powered content analysis tool. You connect your creator platform accounts, and Liridia generates analyses and recommendations based on your content performance data. Liridia does not create, edit, publish, or delete content on your behalf.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide a valid email address for authentication.
- You may only connect platform accounts that you own or have authorization to manage.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
5. Platform Connections
When you connect a platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.):
- You authorize Liridia to access your content data, engagement metrics, and comments through that platform's API.
- You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings.
- Disconnecting a platform revokes Liridia's access and deletes the stored tokens.
- Liridia's access is subject to each platform's own terms and API policies.
6. AI-Generated Content
Liridia uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate analyses and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI analyses are informational suggestions, not guarantees of outcomes.
- You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on Liridia's recommendations.
- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Liridia does not guarantee any specific results from following its recommendations.
7. Billing & Subscriptions
- Liridia offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@liridia.com.
- Liridia reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Liridia to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically access Liridia outside of its intended interface.
- Use Liridia to spam, harass, or send bulk unsolicited messages through the community inbox reply features.
- Resell or redistribute Liridia's AI analyses to third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
- Your content — you retain all rights to your platform content. Liridia does not claim ownership of any data fetched from your connected accounts.
- AI analyses — analyses generated by Liridia are provided for your personal use. You may use them however you wish, but Liridia is not responsible for how you apply them.
- Liridia's service — the Liridia application, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Liridia and may not be copied or reproduced.
10. Service Availability
Liridia is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. Platform API changes outside our control may affect data syncing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liridia and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Liridia's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Liridia in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@liridia.com.
- Liridia may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Liridia after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
